Compiling Unlawful Agency Actions at USCIS

Congress recognized that the US economy was starved for professionals in the technology sector, and passed laws making it easy for US companies to fill the void with foreign professionals.

However, instead of aiding the US economy and implementing the will of Congress, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) is making the immigration process painfully slow, needlessly expensive, and horribly unpredictable.

Working with employers and immigration attorneys, we are compiling examples of unlawful agency actions in each visa category and preparing appeals for federal court.


The Administrative Procedures Act (APA) grants the right to appeal an agency action in federal court.

There is a way to fix the system.
